This workshop is the first in China capable of undertaking the operation of thermal spraying aluminum on large deck plates. Thermal spray aluminum, as a high-quality coating product, can reduce maintenance workload and enhance safety performance of equipment over a 30-year service life. Steel structure projects have high strength and light self-weight: The strength of steel is much higher than that of concrete. Under the same load-bearing capacity requirements, the self-weight of steel beams is much lighter than that of reinforced concrete beams, which can reduce the cost of the foundation and also facilitate transportation and installation.
